INGREDIENTS (for one serving)
- 2 tbs Vanilla Pure Plant Protein
- 1 tbs water
- 3 tsp crunchy natural peanut butter (or other nut butter)
- 1 thin slice (40g) rye bread toasted
- 1⁄2 medium banana sliced
- 1⁄8 tsp ground cinnamon 1/8 -1/4 tsp to taste
- 2 tsp sunflower seeds (kernels)
METHOD
- Combine protein powder, water and peanut butter in a small bowl.
- Spread mixture evenly over toast and top with banana.
- Dust with cinnamon and scatter over sunflower seeds to serve.
