Start your day the right way with this simple and delicious toasted winner.

INGREDIENTS (for one serving)

  • 2 tbs Vanilla Pure Plant Protein 
  • 1 tbs water
  • 3 tsp crunchy natural peanut butter (or other nut butter)
  • 1 thin slice (40g) rye bread toasted
  • 1⁄2 medium banana sliced
  • 1⁄8 tsp ground cinnamon 1/8 -1/4 tsp to taste
  • 2 tsp sunflower seeds (kernels)

METHOD

  1. Combine protein powder, water and peanut butter in a small bowl.
  2. Spread mixture evenly over toast and top with banana.
  3. Dust with cinnamon and scatter over sunflower seeds to serve.
