Shipping policy

- We offer free shipping for orders over $70.00 in Australia.

- For orders under $59, we use Australia post API to set the pricing based on your location from our distribution facility.

- For orders outside of Australia the shipping price is calculated through Australia Post's API shipping rates.

- For sample pack only orders, we use Australia post. 

- For 750g packs and above, we use a mixture of Australia Post, Couriers Please, Toll Priority and TNT, depending on the location of buyer.

- Dependant on your order size we use Australia Post, Couriers Please, Toll Priority and TNT, depending on the location of buyer.

Timeframes for delivery can vary by state. For Melbourne-based addresses, delivery can be expected from 2-3 business days after ordering. For regional and interstate, we endeavour to ship our orders quickly and efficiently but please allow up to 5 business days.
