Ingredients
100g frozen mixed berries (strawberry, blueberries, raspberry)
100g frozen banana
80g frozen coconut yoghurt
200ml apple juice (chilled)
1 scoop (30g) Vanilla PPP
4 ice cubes (optional)
Method
Blend apple juice and Vanilla PPP until smooth
Add frozen berries, Banana, coconut yoghurt and ice cubes
Blend on high until creamy and smooth (30-40 seconds)
