Having worked across production, packaging, and product development, he knows what it takes to create food that not only meets high standards but consistently outshines the rest.
In 2018, Jimmy was first introduced to the unique qualities of Australian faba bean protein. Straight away, he saw the potential for something better in the plant-based space — a cleaner, smoother, and more sustainable protein option.
