Ingredients
4 dates (soaked in hot water for 10 mins to soften)
2 cups soy milk
1.5 cups rolled oates
1 cup coconut yogurt
1/4 cup smooth peanut butter
2 tsp vanilla
1/4 tsp salt
4 tbsp PPP vanilla protein powder
70g dark chocolate chopped
Method
Blend everything (except chocolate) in a blender until smooth
Mix in half of the chocolate, use the other half as topping
Split into 4 portions
Refrigerate overnight
