Base
80g almond flour (~1c)
1 tin chickpeas (~2c)
2 tbsp smooth peanut butter
2 tbsp vanilla protein powder
1 banana
1/4c maple syrup
1 tsp baking powder
1/4 tsp salt
Chocolate sauce
4 tbsp coconut oil, melted
2 tbsp maple syrup
3 tbsp cacao
1 tsp vanilla
Method
Blend all base ingredients in a food processor until smooth, starting with the chickpeas to ensure they are blended thoroughly.
Line bread pan with parchment paper and mash base to fill the bottom.
Bake at 160C for ~20mins or until golden brown.
Set aside to cool.
For chocolate sauce, whisk all ingredients together until smooth.
Add chocolate sauce to top and pop in the fridge, allowing it to harden.
