This one is a little different. It's light and refreshing and a great way to replenish those electrolytes after a sweaty workout. We also love it first thing in the morning, but whenever you have it, you're in for a delish time!
Ingredients
2 cups (500ml) coconut water
40g vanilla protein powder
2 tbsp almond butter
2 cups (80g) baby spinach leaves
2 kiwi fruit, roughly chopped
1 lemon juiced
1 tsp fresh ginger, grated or 1/2 tsp ground ginger
pinch of salt (optional)
Method
Blend everything together until it looks like the type of juice you’d like to drink!
