We are strong believers in smoothies being nutritious, delicious, and fun, and there is nothing more fun than a classic apple pie! We've taken the soul of the humble apple pie and morphed it into an easy-to-prepare, protein-packed snack you can have at any time of day to lift your spirits (and your protein intake).
Ingredients
3⁄4 cup (190ml) of your favourite plant milk
30g Pure Plant Protein Vanilla
1⁄2 apple cored & roughly chopped
8 whole almonds (roasted)
1⁄4 tsp mixed spice or cinnamon
4-6 ice cubes
Method
Blend everything together until smooth and creamy, and serve immediately. Just add a little water if it comes out too thick and re-blend.
