Alrighty, choc-o-holics, this one is for you! This smooth, creamy and protein-packed smoothie bowl is great for dessert, a snack, or breakfast if you need that chocolate hit early. It’s also super easy to make, which is exactly what we want from our recipes!
Ingredients
1 1⁄2 cups (375ml) soy milk
200g silken tofu
30g vanilla protein powder
2 tbsp cocoa powder (or cacao powder)
2 tsp maple syrup
2 tsp vanilla extract
4 ice cubes
Method
To Serve
1 tsp 70% dark chocolate, finely grated
1 sliced banana
Method (based on 2 servings)
Blend everything except the banana and grated chocolate until smooth and creamy.
Transfer to a bowl and top with banana slices and grated chocolate.
