We’re offering up some zesty sing with this orange, protein-packed smoothie that will brighten your morning (or afternoon if needed). It’s simple, delicious and a great way to bump up those protein levels in the day.
Ingredients
1 cup (250ml) oat milk
60g vanilla protein powder
2 tbsp cashews, roasted
1 carrot (medium), roughly chopped
1 medium banana frozen
1 orange zest & juice
6-8 ice cubes
1 tbsp coconut flakes
Method
Blend everything except the coconut until smooth (add a little water if it's too thick).
Pour into your receptacle of choice, top with coconut and enjoy!
