Ingredients
1 cup (250ml) coconut water
30g vanilla protein powder
2 tbsp plant-based coconut yoghurt
1⁄2 medium banana frozen
1⁄2 cup (70g) frozen raspberries
1 tsp chia seeds
3-4 ice cubes
Method
Blend everything together until smooth and creamy, and enjoy! Toooooo easy.
