How to make the perfect stack
What you need
1 ripe, mashed banana (or 1 egg)
โ cup milk of choice
2 tbsp oil (or 2 tbsp of butter)
What you do
Add the pancake mix into a bowl with your choice of milk, oil or butter, egg or mashed banana and whisk until combined.
Heat your frypan on medium heat with a little oil, pour in your batter then reduce to a low heat.
Cook until bubbles start to form then flip over (2-3 minutes each side).
Wipe away your drool and start eating!
